Benarx Epoxy Box is a prefabricated fire insulation product with additional thermal and acoustic properties, designed to protect equipment such as valves, actuators, flanges and piping. In arctic conditions traditional solution typically does not have the durability required. The rugged Epoxy Box is specially designed to handle such climates and provides better protection of the process equipment integrity. It is certified, conforming to the requirements of OTI, ISO, UL and GOST passive fire protection standards.
The Epoxy Box solution has a low life cycle cost due to its 20 years life expectancy and can be custom design to fit any geometry. Its modular design reduces the installation time significantly, it can be installed in any weather conditions and dismantles easily for inspection.
Thermal insulation of subsea equipment is an important element to avoid formation of hydrate and wax deposits when cold seawater rapidly cools down the oil. Benarx Solution is one of the world’s leading companies in application of subsea insulation. Benarx provides the entire process from pre-engineering, method, planning, application of the material and documentation meeting stringent international standards and customer requirements.
Application of subsea insulation can be executed in Benarx’s own facilities in Bergen (Norway) or on any customer site worldwide. Benarx has mobile containers equipped with the necessary facilities and tools to make us self-sufficient any place in the world. Benarx has completed hundreds of insulation projects worldwide in Norway, UK, Oceania and Africa.
Benarx Structure Panel is a high performance dry-fix passive fire protection solution for structures and process equipment in the oil and gas industry. It can provide passive fire protection on structures missing the required fire integrity, or to maintain existing PFP systems. The panels are encapsulating the structure elements, eliminating the need for removing existing PFP material or coating. The panels can also be installed on a live plant. The prefabricated panels also significantly reduces the HSE impact compared to wet applied PFP.
The panels can be installed in wet and cold weather conditions, resulting in reduced installation time on site. Benarx Structure Panel is thoroughly tested, conforming to the requirements of OTI, ISO, UL and GOST passive fire protection standards.
