PartnerPlast supplies a wide range of buoyancy and subsea plastics for various applications. We supply products for all water-depths, ranging from surface to a depth of 6,000 meters.

We produce everything from small spherical buoys with a few kilos’ buoyancy, to modular systems with a buoyancy of several tens of tonnes. We also offer buoyancy based on customers’ design and requirements.

ClampOn Subsea Corrosion-Erosion Monitor

The Subsea CEM (Corrosion-Erosion Monitor) is a non-intrusive ultrasonic instrument designed to measure wall thickness loss in pipes at a defined area. It uses ultrasound and acoustic guided Lamb Waves to detect the changes in wall thickness over time.

Corrosion and erosion are recognized as some of the most seriuos problems facing the industries world wide, and result in losses worth hundreds of billions of dollars every year. Major savings can be realized by installing the CEM subsea as it enables the operator to monitor the condition of their pipes and determine inspection intervals more accurately, and ensure safer and more cost effective operation.

ClampOn DSP Subsea Particle Monitor

The ClampOn Subsea Particle Monitor is a non-intrusive instrument using passive acoustic and ultrasonic technology. It detects the amount of sand/particles passing through the inside of the pipe. The instrument has onboard Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for analysing of the collected data and sends real-time results to control system, giving the operator immediate warning if sand is being produced.

It is designed for depths to 3000 meters and has full redundancy, for high reliability through seasons with reduced access. Operators are using particle monitors widely to increase production rate by finding a maximum sand free rate. By monitoring and evaluating the data in real-time, the operator can make immediate decisions to ensure safe production.

ClampOn Subsea 3D Vibration Monitor

The Subsea vibration monitor is non-intrusive. It takes use of 3-axis accelerometer to monitor movements at subsea structures and pipes. It can monitor in both high and low frequency areas, making it possible to minimize risk of fatigue failure of pipes and other structural components. It can be supplied for permanent installations or for temporary inspections as a battery empowered solution.
Typical sources of vibration include vortex induced vibration (VIV) and flow induced vibration (FIV).
This instrument has become a valuable tool to monitor the state of the subsea pipework and structures. In several cases the application has enabled the operator to safely increase production as the measured level of vibration has been less than conservative models predict.

Seabox™ subsea water treatment module

Seabox™ subsea water treatment system is an excellent tool optimizing water injection into the reservoir. It provides the flexibility to achieve improved reservoir sweep and the required pressure support, for increased oil recovery. Installed subsea, decoupled from topside facility, it disinfects raw seawater and settles out particles. The Seabox has a standard treatment capacity of 40,000 bwpd.

The Seabox can operate in water depths down to 3,000 meters, feeding treated water either to a subsea injection pump and/or as part of a SWIT™ technology configuration or to topside injection pump and/or processing equipment. Ensuring full flexibility for waterflooding, providing an increased recovery potential. It reduces energy and chemical consumption, and retrofit costs.

The SWIT™ subsea water treatment technology, includes the Seabox™, ultrafiltration and membrane technology to tailor raw seawater to reservoir requirements – particle-free, low salinity or low sulfate water. Giving the industry subsea alternatives for effective increased and enhanced oil recovery.

The SWIT™ technology provides superior quality of injection water, removing sulfate and reducing salinity, enabling enhanced oil recovery.
