C-ALL Insigth is a cloud based web application for valve diagnostic.
The software collects IoT senor data and store, automatically analyze and gives a powerful tool for doing valve diagnostics. The system accepts data from all kind of valves and actuator , "One system for all valves".
The system will provide autonomous condition monitoring of valves where the results will be available through open APIs.

The Wireless Valve Position Indicator fits to any type of manual operated valve. The transmitter will log current and past valve positions with date and time of position change. This saves time and cost and avoids safety issues due to incorrect operations of manually operated valves.
The data will be transferred for a multitude of operating needs. By means of Bluetooth 5 to a hub/gateway or collected by a smartphone. Onboard sophisticated microprocessors and MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) sensors detects valve position and movement.

All the collected data can be available in the cloud for overview in C-ALL Insight.

C-ALL Vision
An end-to-end solution that captures data from every valve operation. C-ALL Vision sends all data to the C-ALL cloud. C-ALL Insight analyses it and provides targeted alerts on the valve health without any involvement from plant personnel. It reduces potential impact on the asset real-time control integrity. This is a true IIoT solution for automated valves.

C-ALL Pulse can be used on all kinds of actuated valves. Sensors are connected together without any need of a local junction box in the field. Test data is gathered and sent to the C-ALL cloud for analysis and diagnosis. Tests can be viewed and analyzed in C-ALL Insight, and valve assembly performance can be evaluated whether fit for operation or not.

A portable system for valve testing and verification. It can be used for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and at customer site for test and verification of valve assembly performance.

Valve test data is collected from various sensors and sent to the C-ALL cloud, in same manner as for any C-ALL system. The baseline data will forever be available. Data will be stored in cloud for future comparison. Tests can be viewed and analyzed in C-ALL Insight, and valve assembly performance can be evaluated whether fit for operation or not.
